New school for the disabled

Inaugurating the school, MLA Ramalinga Reddy said that he would extend full support for the growth of the trust. “People with disability have huge talent hidden in them. They are not only talented, but also very intelligent.”

The Samarthanam Trust has been working since 1997 to empower the visually-impaired, disabled and underprivileged to keep pace with the society.  Many students from the Trust have competed in many national and international competitions, and have won many prizes. An exhibition was also arranged on the occasion to showcase their achievements and talents.
