Two killed, one hurt in gang war

Two of them were killed on the spot while the grievously injured person is in a hospital.
One of the deceased is identified as Ravi alias Mico Ravi (32) of K R Palya in Jayanagar while the injured is Satish Kumar of Bommanahalli. Identity of another person is not known. Ravi, Satish Kumar and the third victim, who were travelling to Hassan in a car, were waylaid by another gang at Kadabahalli.   Cellphones and a machete were found at the place of the attack.

Chains snatched

In separate incidents, two women were robbed of their gold chains on Wednesday.
A two-wheeler rider, who was in an inebriated condition, asked for a cigarette at a stall owned by Rajakumari (62) in Banashankari 3rd Stage at around 1.30 pm. When she turned to give him the cigarette, he snatched her chain and fled.

In another incident, Heerabhai of Jayanagar 4th T Block was on her way to temple when a man robbed her of the chain.

Two boys drown

Two teenagers, who had gone for a swim in Hesarghatta tank, drowned on Thursday. The victims, Srinivas (17)  and Venugopal (18) were residents of Hesaghatta village.
