The Karnataka High Court today reserved its verdict on a batch of petitions challenging the new tender notification issued by BBMP for collection and transport of municipal waste.
The division bench headed by Justice N Kumar reserved its judgement after completion of arguments on the petitions.
Petitioner B R Ganesh and others sought quashing of the new tender notification alleging it was in "total violation of the Muncipal Solid Waste Management (MSW) rules".
