3M India Limited, on Monday, announced that it will establish a new R&D facility, with an estimated investment of Rs 65 crore, in Bangalore to develop products for local markets and to better connect technology to customers in India.
“Building this new innovation lab is part of our growth strategy for India,” 3M International Operations Executive Vice-President Inge Thulin said. The new facility in India is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2010.
