Leading City developer adopts new brand identity

SJR Group, a renowned property developer in Bangalore, recently launched a new brand identity for the company.

Now called “Bren”, the new identity comes as part of the company’s renewal and expansion plan, involving diversification into new domains including education and retail.

With a background that dates back to 1973, the group has come to be recognised as one of Bangalore's leading and most progressive builders, with several prominent landmarks across the city to their credit.

Over the years, the company’s work has ranged from developing infrastructure including roads, flyovers, bridges, airport tarmacs, and other public systems, to the most modern structures for residential and retail.

Currently, Bren's residential apartments in Bangalore include ready-to-move-in properties such as Bren Unity - Marathahalli, ongoing projects such as Bren Avalon - Marathahalli, Bren Celestia - Sarjapur Road, Bren Trillium - off Hosa-Hosur Road, the newly launched Bren Paddington - Sarjapur Road, and prelaunch projects such as Bren Palms - Kudlu Gate, off Hosur Road, and Bren Lilium - off Hosa-Hosur.

The ongoing commercial and retail projects include Bren Star Mall on Bannerghatta Road, Ciber and Junction in Koramangala, and Bren Zion in Marathahalli.
