A group of State BJP leaders, who are advocating the return of KJP leader B S Yeddyurappa to the party, have decided to meet the party’s Central leaders in Delhi on Monday to pressure them to bring back the KJP leader.
The leaders include former chief minister D V Sadananda Gowda and party MP D B Chandre Gowda.
“Yes, I am going to Delhi on Monday morning. The plan is to meet the party leaders and discuss certain issues,” Gowda said.
Sadananda Gowda has reached Delhi on Sunday, sources said.
The State BJP core committee, in its recent meeting, had made it clear that the party is not averse to taking Yeddyurappa back to its fold provided he gives a written request in this regard.
