Teacher beats up student

The boy, Sultan Khan of Ganjam, has sustained injuries on his cheek and back.

Teacher C R Papanna allegedly beat the student with a stick causing injuries in the cheek and on the back. Sultan was taken to the town hospital by his parents. The PE teacher had also beaten up student Deepu for taking the shuttle badminton racquet from the same place. No complaint has been lodged with police.
