Fish Cutlet

Ingredients :

- Half kg fresh fish
- 1 table spoon ginger paste
- 1 table spoon garlic paste
- 1 bread slice
- 1 table spoon cornflour
- 1 egg
- 1 table spoon red chilli powder
- ½ table spoon garam masala  
- 1 cup  bread crumbs
- 2 green chillies
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil
- ½ table spoon turmeric powder

Method :

Apply salt and turmeric powder on the fish and wash it after five minutes. Steam the fish in a pan with hot water and after it is cooked carefully remove all the bones. Mash the fish after all the bones are removed. Add ginger and garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cornflour, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, bread slice (the bread slice should be soaked in water and squeezed).

Mix all the ingredients and make cutlets of the shape which you prefer. Beat the egg lightly and dip the cutlet in the egg and roll it on the bread crumbs. Heat some oil for frying and fry it till it turns brown. Serve it hot with   chutney.
