Zaib found the back of the net in the 11th minute and scored his second in the 28th minute.
In another match, New Horizon Engineering College registered a commanding 4-0 win against Sri Kumaran Pre-University College.

Santosh gave New Horizon College a good start with a strike in the sixth minute of the match. Vineeth added one more to the tally in the 14th minute.

Santosh made it 3-0 in the 35th minute and Deepak rounded off the tally in the 46th minute.

Acharya Institute, led by a brace from Jean Paul, notched up a resounding 3-0 win over Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.

Gerald opened the scoring for Acharya in the 14th minute and Paul doubled the lead in the 16th minute. Paul nailed his second in the 41st to make it 3-0.

Meanwhile, Baldwin Methodist College ‘A’ team got a walkover against Vivekananda Institute of Technology.
