As many as 31 persons were injured as a KSRTC bus toppled into sludge, after hitting against a road roller on National Highway 75, near Kodibelagola Gate, near here, on Saturday.
The bus, bound for Hassan from Bangalore, hit the road roller head on, on the four-lane road. The road roller was, said to be, on the wrong side.
The injured were rushed to a nearby government hospital with the help of local residents and police.
Those grievously injured in the accident were later shifted to Hassan Government Hospital, for further treatment.
