<p>The Supreme Court on Friday refused to enlarge mining baron and former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhana Reddy on bail in connection with the illegal mining case involving Associated Mining Company.<br /><br /></p>.<p>A bench of Justices C K Prasad and Kurian Joseph, however, fixed a six-month deadline for the CBI court to finish trial in the case.<br /><br />He is facing charges under various provisions of the IPC, Prevention of Corruption Act, besides other cases relating to Prevention of Money Laundering Act.<br /></p>
