<p> Police have arrested five people for the murder of a rowdy in Pension Mohalla in Cottonpet on December 21.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The arrested are Imran, Yaseen, Afroz, Tanveer and Tabrez who allegedly hacked to death Jeevan alias Jeevendra, 28, in full public view.<br /><br />Jeevan was released from the prison around 15 days ago.<br /><br />On December 21, Jeevan was walking near the Masjid-e-Noorul Huda to meet some of his associates when some assailants accosted him, brandishing lethal weapons.<br /><br />Police suspected the involvement of rival gang members in the murder.<br /><br />Accordingly, they intensified search and arrested five of them.<br /><br />They are still interrogating the suspects to find out the motive behind the murder.<br /></p>
