Public sector lender Syndicate Bank said that its board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share (25 per cent) for financial year 2013-14, at its meeting held on January 9, 2014.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the bank said that those shareholders holding equity shares of the bank as on January 21, 2014 will be eligible for the dividend that will be paid on Januiary 28, 2014.
