Mandya Urban Development Authority (MUDA) is contemplating on filing criminal cases against 23 individuals, for developing residential layouts without permission.
In a release, issued by MUDA Commissioner Mathai, it is noted that owners of 23 layouts have been served notices to submit documents related to their property, following complaints from the public. However, the parties have failed to submit documents.
The said layouts are located at Halahalli, Hosahalli, Kirugavalu road, Kyathumgere and Kirgandur.
