Karthik has been offered a meaty role in Lift-Kodla?  directed by Ashok Cashyap.

Karthik is surely upbeat about the offer. He plays the hero, who is in love with a girl but the two can never come together because the boy’s father and the girl’s mother are involved in an affair. “This complication seeks to keep us, lovers, apart. So the two of us decide to end our lives. That’s when we meet Jaggesh who turns our lives around and adds meaning to it. In fact, he drills sense into us and gives us reasons for hope,” Karthik told Metrolife.

Karthik is excited that he got a chance to work with the best hands in the industry. He says he can’t wait to start work and get back into the groove. The movie is shot at ten different locations in the State.
