Minor fire, no one injured

 A minor fire broke out in the server room of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company’s branch in south Delhi’s Green Park on Saturday. 

A fire department officer was the only person to sustain injuries.

According to the fire department, the incident was reported at 2.55 pm. “Four fire tenders and some water tankers were pressed into service and the situation was brought under control in an hour. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained,” a fire officer said.

It is suspected that the fire was triggered by a short circuit. A fire officer required five stitches after being injured on duty.
