The valuation work of second year PU examination is drawing to a close.
According to officials of the Department of Pre University Education (DPUE), the valuation of all subjects except that of Business Studies has been completed as on Saturday.
The pending work too would be finished in a day’s time, said DPUE Director Rame Gowda. The results are expected to be announced by May 10.
The valuation work, that began in the beginning of this month, had to be carried out for 34 subjects in all and for a total of nearly 33 lakh answer scripts. English and Accountancy were among the subjects where there were huge number of answer scripts to be evaluated, according to officials.
