Saina, Anand storm into pre-quarters


Top seed Saina blew away Juhi Dewangan 21-5, 21-2 in just 14 minutes to set up a clash with Chitralekha, while Chetan took 29 minutes to prevail over Srujan Nandaluri 21-19, 21-12.

Ajay Jayaram, the winner of the national senior-ranking tourney in Bangalore last week, got the better of German Marcel Reuter 21-16, 21-13 in the second round for a place in the last 16.
