A number of sessions attended by scholars in field of theatre are being held in the morning. The plays are scheduled for the evening. All the proceedings are available on the website:

Recorded plays are also uploaded and are available by clicking the ‘recorded video’ on the menu. Those in charge of the maintenance of the portal told Deccan Herald that on an average, 150 people were watching the proceedings of the festival live every day.

The mass prayers at the Mutt premises in the morning daily and the lecture programmes are also going live for the benefit of the devotees.

Panditaradhya Shivacharya Swami, the pontiff of the Mutt, said that the Mutt was webcasting the festival for the first time. So, there is not much publicity. Yet, scores of people in the country and abroad had watched the proceedings on the website.

Based on the response this year, the service would be made better next year, the pontiff said.
