Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and KPCC president G Parameshwara on Monday held a meeting in an effort to finalise names for the much-delayed appointments to various boards and corporations.
The party sources said that the duo are planning to fly to New Delhi on November 20 to get the list of names for the appointments, cleared from the party high command.
The visit to the national capital by the leaders was postponed twice recently as they were unable to finalise the names.
The KPCC has received close to 10,000 applications for the appointments from the party workers. Sitting legislators, former MLAs and State party office-bearers and district party presidents were among those who were lobbying posts in boards and corporations.
