<p>H J Thippeswamy, police inspector at K R Puram police station, has moved the High Court challenging the SHRC’s recommendation issued on November 13, 2009.<br /><br />The SHRC raided the station on June 10, 2009, following a complaint by Prakash Cariappa, fact-finding Co-ordinator, South India Cell for Human Rights Education and Monitoring (SICHREM) informing that a boy named Sandeep was illegally detained at the police station.<br /></p>
