PM's relative dies in Hubli

She is survived by her husband, a daughter and three sons. She was the younger sister of Dr Singh’s wife Gurpreet Kaur.

Mrs Kohli, who was suffering from lung-related problems was treated at Belgaum’s  KLE Hospital five months ago. But the problem resurfaced on Monday and she breathed her last around 4 am, family sources said.

Mrs Kohli’s family has been living here for more than four decades. Her husband Harnam Singh owns an automobile spare shop at Basava Vana here, while the sons run a ‘dhaba’ on Pune-Bangalore National Highway.

The funeral was held at the Keshwapur graveyard here at 4 pm on Monday.
