Two-day meeting on Smart Art from today

The Department of English, St Agnes College, in collaboration with Winners Club Toastmasters International, Mangalore is organising two-day State level workshop “Smart Art” to  improve communication, with special focus on world of business communication and to enhance job skills on January 23 and 24. 

In order to achieve this, participants will be involved in the workshop activities which include practical application of networking skills, job skills and communication in the technological era.

Nivedita Mirajkar, eminent Toastmaster, Marketing Executive and Career Advisor will deliver the keynote.  

Vikram Baliga, Assistant Professor, Placements and Corporate Liaison Co-ordinator will speak about the importance of English language and its application in the enhancement of job skills in global business. 
Praveen Kumar, Assistant Professor will train participants in Business Communication.

Guru Prasad Rao, Assistant Professor will impart salient features of Net Etiquette and importance of English. 

Training on Grammar, pronunciation and written communication will be conducted by Assistant Professor Surendra Pai.
