<p>The Department of English, St Agnes College, in collaboration with Winners Club Toastmasters International, Mangalore is organising two-day State level workshop “Smart Art” to improve communication, with special focus on world of business communication and to enhance job skills on January 23 and 24. <br /><br /><br /></p>.<p>In order to achieve this, participants will be involved in the workshop activities which include practical application of networking skills, job skills and communication in the technological era.<br /><br />Nivedita Mirajkar, eminent Toastmaster, Marketing Executive and Career Advisor will deliver the keynote. <br /><br />Vikram Baliga, Assistant Professor, Placements and Corporate Liaison Co-ordinator will speak about the importance of English language and its application in the enhancement of job skills in global business. <br />Praveen Kumar, Assistant Professor will train participants in Business Communication.<br /><br />Guru Prasad Rao, Assistant Professor will impart salient features of Net Etiquette and importance of English. <br /><br />Training on Grammar, pronunciation and written communication will be conducted by Assistant Professor Surendra Pai.<br /></p>
