There are 10 degree classes and two post graduate classes in the college. When the three permanent lecturers took the classes, the students of the remaining classes loitered around and some of them returned home.

One of the guest lecturers said that even the daily wage labourers who do the centering work gets Rs 25,000 per month as salary. But, the guest lecturers who have post graduate degree and PhD are given only Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000.

Earlier, the guest lecturers used to serve in more than one colleges as they were paid low. But, for the two years the government has restricted them from serving in more than one college. This has made the family conditions of the guest lecturers worse, some lecturers said.
