<p>Focusing on ensuring cleanliness at railway stations, West Central Railway here caught 432 persons for littering and imposed a fine of Rs 43,200 of them under a drive.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The campaign has been launched as per directives of National Green Tribunal.<br />"As directed by the Tribunal, West Central Railways' Bhopal division has launched a drive to ensure cleanliness in station premises and inside trains. We have caught 432 people for soiling stations and trains and imposed a fine of Rs 43,200," Senior Divional Commercial Manager, Brajendra Kumar said today.<br /><br />As per the directives, Railway Board has been asked to conduct the drive, which in turn has directed regional railway authorities to take appropriate measures in this regard, he said.<br /><br />Railway authorities have appealed to passengers to cooperate with the rail administration to help keeping stations and trains clean.</p>
