<p>The Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) has shut down operations in Bengaluru after it stopped offering MBA and BBA courses in various centres.<br /><br /></p>.<p>An official from the institute said that a number of its students from this centre as well as other cities have already moved to Delhi to either complete their course or to study the MBA, BBA it has been offering in its New Delhi centre. <br /><br />IIPM had been embroiled in a number of controversies in the past with the UGC and even AICTE making it clear that it did not have their recognition. An official from the institute said that it had never offered any degrees but was only giving certificates for courses such as planning and management.</p>
