JOIN US Industries Minister R V Deshpande said that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is ready to offer a ministerial berth for KPCC president Parameshwara but the latter is not keen to join the Cabinet.
He told this to reporters on the sidelines of SSIT event here on Wednesday.
I am not disappointed for being allotted Industries portfolio. I will handle any portfolios allotted by the chief minister efficiently, Deshpande said.
KPCC president G Parameshwara said that he would relinquish State Congress chief post the moment he receives instructions from the party high command. Till then he would continue in the post, he said.
Replying to a specific query, the KPCC chief said that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will take a call on the Cabinet expansion after the BBMP polls.
