'Dawood has permanent residence in Pak'

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday said 1993 Mumbai blasts mastermind Dawood Ibrahim was very much in Pakistan.

“We have been saying all along that Dawood has permanent residence in Karachi, though he keeps changing his address,” he said in an informal chat with mediapersons on the sidelines of a programme here.

Singh made it clear that India would talk with Pakistan only on terrorism in accordance with the agreement reached at Ufa recently. “It now depends on whether Pakistan wants talks. Terrorism and dialogue cannot go together,” he said.

He also said Dawood was on top of the list of terrorist wanted by India. “Pakistan knows we know about Dawood's residence. Pakistan should take initiative on this front,” he said.
