Satvik Gunda scalped six wickets to hand Jain International School a commanding eight-wicket win over Bethany High School in the under-16 Group I, Division II cricket tournament for the KSCA Cup here.
Batting first, Bethany High were bowled out for a paltry 118 runs in 44.4 overs, with no major contributions from their batsmen. Satvik rattled Bethany’s batting unit with figures of 6/28.
In reply, Jain International rode on knocks from Udhbhav Gaurav (53) and Vatsal Jain (41) to comfortably reach the target in 44.4 overs.
In another match, Ryan International posted a four-wicket victory against Sri Kumaran Children’s Home.
