1800 drivers, paramedics go on a strike at Freedom Park

1800 drivers and paramedics are on a strike at Freedom Park. They have urged the government to intervene immediately and act against GVK EMRI head Krishna Reddy.

Members of 108 Ambulance driver's association threaten to consume poison if they are stopped from going on a peaceful march to Vidhana Soudha.  

Former minister Gulihatti Shekar said that he would commit suicide if the police will try to detain him.

As a mark of protest against their employer GVK EMRI, they will broom the road from Freedom Park to Vidhana Soudha.

Syed Suhale Parveez, Senior Manager of GVK EMRI has said that anyone participating in today's protest would be fired
