In a bid to create awareness about employability training to persons with disabilities, the Whitefield Area Commerce & Industries Association (WACIA) in partnership with the American India Foundation (AIF), organised an employer sensitisation programme in the city on Thursday.
The programme was aimed at equipping employers with practical business information and the latest trends that will help them successfully employ and retain people with disabilities.The seminar touched on various sectors like retail, hospitality, manufacturing and construction. The programme was supported by AIF’s partners, Cheshire Homes Bangalore and TRRAIN.
