<p>Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday assured state government employees that the government would consider enhancing their salaries on a par with the central government employees.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The representatives of the State Government Employees’ Association met the chief minister and sought pay parity with their central government counterparts.<br /><br />‘Will consider demand’<br /><br />Siddaramaiah has assured them that he would shortly convene a meeting of the senior officers, including the chief secretary and the officers from the Finance department, to consider their demand. Association members will also be invited for the meeting.</p>
