The state government has released Rs 114 crore for upgrading infrastructure in various industrial areas in the state, including Veerasandra industrial area in Bengaluru Urban district.
Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board and Karnataka Small Scale Industries Development Corporation have selected 24 industrial areas for upgrading infrastructure.
Besides, the government has released Rs 20 crore for establishing Aerospace Common Finishing Facility Centre in the Devanahalli industrial area in Bengaluru Rural district, according to an official release.
