A 22-year-old girl was gang-raped in a moving auto rickshaw by three men in Chandigarh late on Friday.
She was spotted by a passerby in a semi-conscious state in a dense forest area near Sector 53 here.
The girl, who was later admitted to the PGI hospital, is from Dehradun and was staying at a paying guest in Chandigarh. She was working in a private company.
Police have registered a case. A hunt is underway to nab the suspects.
