A 25-year-old flower vendor was stabbed to death by his cousin on Magadi Road on Wednesday.
According to the police, the victim, Chetan, had set up a new flower shop next to the accused, Rohith's shop at Agrahara Dasarahalli.
Chetan was tying a banner to which Rohith objected saying that the banner would block the visibility of his shop. When Chetan did not heed, a heated argument ensued between the two and in a fit of rage Rohith brought a knife from his shop and stabbed Chetan, said the police.
The Magadi Road police have registered a murder case against Rohith who is absconding.
