Quinie Smoothie

Ingredients: One avocado; 3 tbsps of boiled quinoa; 150 ml soya milk and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Method: Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour the mixture into a wine glass. Garnish with fresh fruits and some boiled quinoa.

Southern Glory

Ingredients: Around 3 tbsps of boiled quinoa; 150 ml of coconut water; 60 ml of coconut cream and a tbsp of coconut shavings.
Method: Blend all the ingredients together with ice. Pour this mix into a chilled tall glass. Garnish with some freshly grated coconut and edible flowers to give an exotic touch.

Exotica

Ingredients: Around 3 tbsps of boiled quinoa; 150 ml of mango juice; 4 sprigs of cilantro; 30 ml of sugar syrup; 30 ml of lemon juice; red chilli powder to rim the glass and tabasco sauce to taste.
Method: Rim your glass with red chilli powder and salt. Carefully fill your glass with the ice without disturbing the rim. Build up the drink by pouring ingredients on top of other. Lastly, add boiled quinoa. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a green chilli.

Mediterranean Smoothie

Ingredients: Around 3 tbsps of boiled quinoa; 2 tbsps of tahini; 60 ml of chocolate syrup; a pinch or two of cinnamon powder; a scoop of vanilla ice cream; 3 dates and 150 ml of milk.
Method: Blend all the ingredients together. Top up with vanilla ice cream. Garnish with boiled quinoa and chocolate.
