The election officials on Monday seized Rs 10 lakh unaccounted money from the vehicle of BJP state general secretary, N Ravikumar, reports DHNS from Ranebennur.
Deputy Commissioner Dr Venkatesh M V said that the cash was found during a check at the Makanur checkpost in the taluk. Ravikumar was on his way to Kaginele from Bengaluru. The BJP has organised a convention of the backward classes in Kaginele in which party national president Amit Shah is scheduled to take part.
