JOIN USBJP district Mahila Morcha will conduct 'Mane-Mana-Kamala' campaign from April 6, the foundation day of the party.
Addressing reporters here on Tuesday, BJP District Mahila Morcha President Pooja Pai said that the women workers of the party will be part of the campaign and will make door-to-door visits, publicising the women welfare programmes of the Central government. Also, the failures of the state government will be highlighted during the campaign.
She alleged that the Congress-led state government has been following a procrastinating attitude in implementing women welfare programmes of the Central government. "Atrocities against women has increased in the state," she said.
"The campaign will be conducted in all eight mandals and 52 shakti kendras of the district simultaneously," she added.
