'Manage resources, conserve energy'

During an interactive session on ‘Energy efficiency in buildings,’ organised by the Centre for Sustainable Development, Chandrashekar said Bangalore produces 3,000 metric tonne wet garbage, which is mainly kitchen waste. There is a need to educate people to convert garbage into manure, which can be used in private gardens.
