This is the day you have been waiting for,” said a beaming Suresh Kumar. <br /><br />The minister claimed that his proposal had been accepted by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) for lowering rates on per square foot. <br /><br />“I have kept my promise of providing you with title deeds and at a nominal rate of Rs 200 per sqft from Rs 1,050 per sqft as set by the BDA,” said Kumar.<br /><br />Excitement<br /><br />It was an exciting moment for people eager to get the title deeds. Equally excited was the minister who distributed them, even while managing to pose for photographs with a broad smile.
