'Education proving costly for middle class'

He was speaking after inaugurating Free coaching camp for the aspirants of Primary School Teachers Recruitment Exams at Government Higher Primary School in Mulbagal on Thursday. The coaching will be held on Saturdays and Sundays.

The camp has been jointly organised by Geleyara Balaga, School Development Committee, Principal Venkataramanappa and by teachers.

Lauding the efforts of teachers for organising the coaching camp, Setty said that aspirants had to shell out thousands of rupees avail the training elsewhere. People interested in taking up exams should utilise this opportunity and should try to get high marks in the exams, Setty advised.

The training will be conducted by resource persons like Uttanuru Ramamurthy, assistant teacher Mallakachchanahalli Government School and Ganesh of Yalagondlahalli Government School.

Retired BEO Sriram, Primary Teachers Association’s district Co-ordinator N Venkataramanappa, J S Manjunath, Kembodi Nagaraj, H Venkatagiriappa, Govindappa and others were present.
