Speaking to reporters in Bangalore on Friday, Naidu said the moment a person takes oath as the Governor, he is barred from talking politics, naming parties and making charges. “The Governor is doing contrary to what is expected of the governor, we will raise this in the Parliament,” he said.

Referring to the governor’s reported statements, Naidu said, “The governor says, he is proud to be a Congressman. Is it not violation of the spirit of the Constitution?” He said that the Congress is misusing Raj Bhavan against the State Government.

Commenting on the Congress demand for CBI probe into mining issue in the State, he described it as politically motivated and the Congress has demolished the credibility of the premier central investigating agency.
