In complete control of proceedings, Bhaskar, who recently clinched the Senior ranking billiards tournament, outclassed Murthy 49-40, 70-2, 41-63, 71-31, 56-30.
In anther match, MS Arun hardly put a foot wrong in his crushing 60-43, 65-52, 77-28, 69-34 victory over Balaji Reddy.

IH Manudev was too good for Ajay Bhushan. Manudev registered a comfortable 70-3, 46-67, 74-40, 77-10, 86-33 victory.
