Manipal varsity launches PG in geopolitics

According to a press release, the objective of the course is to build a group of scholars and researchers who can understand the contemporary world security situations with a special emphasis on regional security. The thrust of the course would be to provide with an understanding on the regions and regional security from Indian point of view.

Prof M D Nalapat inaugurated the course by highlighting the relevance of studying geopolitics in the current situation. Manipal University Vice-Chancellor Dr K Ramnarayan emphasised the need to have such discipline taught in the university. Prof M V Kamath also spoke.
