Tri-junction points were fixed along the boundary line way back in the pre-independence period. There are many records to establish the location of the original tri-junction points in these villages. Unless these points are re-fixed, the inter-state dispute cannot be settled.

He alleged that the tri-junction points were demolished a few years ago by the Reddy brothers, to undertake illegal mining.
“Once the tri-junction points are re-fixed, the Reddys’ illegal mining activities will become very clear. However, the Reddys are preventing the State government from initiating any action against their clout,” he charged.
