<p>During the hearing of a petition related to Mineral Dispatch Permits (MDP), Advocate General Ashok Harnahalli has submitted that it will issue one permit for one vehicle for a bulk quantity to a single applicant.<br /><br /><br />The government, following the High Court suggestion had held discussion with mine owners . The proposal was placed before the Division Bench comprising Chief Justice JS Khehar and <br /><br />Justice S Abdul Nazeer while Bench was hearing a batch of petitions challenging the 2008 rules.</p>
