"This Rs 100-crore project will improve the revenues of the company and is expected to be completed within 24 months," the company said in a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company would develop about 90,000 sq ft of high-end luxury housing project 'Nitesh Logos'.
Nitesh Estates, the real estate arm of the Nitesh Group, is an integrated property development. It develops homes, hotels, office buildings and shopping malls.
