BU signs MoU with Chinese college

The two will explore possibilities of academic interactions in terms of BU offering customised courses in IT, software and service outsourcing to students of QTC.  Also, discussed on the occasion, were issues of student and staff exchange programmes between between Bangalore University and QTC.

According to the MoU, Bangalore University shall have further communication and discussion with QTC in the field of capital investment and business co-operation, and be well-prepared for the establishment of joint venture training company and expanding diploma education market in the future.

Assistance

Vice-Chancellor N Prabhu Dev offered all assistance to the visiting Chinese team to successfully implement the areas agreed under the MoU.

The Chinese team included Tan Sende (Chairman), Li Na (lecturer), Hu Jie (senior engineer), Meng Xianning (engineer) and Lui Guimei (delegation secretary). After signing the MoU, the delegation visited the laboratories in the faculty of engineering, IT Centre and Computer Sciences departments of the University.
