Dhanush, Dushara, Priyanka and other stars swarm theatres for Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’ FDFS

Not just fans, even celebs made a beeline and thronged into the nearby theaters to catch the ‘First Day First Show’ of Rajinikanth’s latest outing, Coolie.

It wasn’t just fans—celebrities too queued up at theatres for the First Day First Show of Rajinikanth’s latest outing, Coolie. They joined frenzied fans celebrating the arrival of their ‘Thalaivar’ with drums, crackers and cheers.

Helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film is billed as a revenge saga, with Rajinikanth playing Deva, a former gold smuggler out for retribution. The star-studded cast features Nagarjuna, Aamir Khan, Sathyaraj, Shruti Haasan and others.

Continuing tradition, Asuran star and Rajini’s former son-in-law Dhanush was among the first to arrive at Chennai’s Rohini theatres, accompanied by his son and manager Shreyas. Other stars at the FDFS included Dushara Vijayan, Priyanka Mohan and more.

Across cinema halls, crowds swelled from early morning, with visuals of celebrity reactions are going viral on social media, where fans were seen dancing to the beats of drums and bursting crackers, celebrating the release of the highly anticipated, star-studded movie.
The film features Rajinikanth as Deva, a former gold smuggler out for revenge and features some of the top famous names of the Indian cinema.

Backed by Sun Pictures, Coolie marks another high-octane addition to Kanagaraj’s filmography, following Kaithi, Leo and Vikram. Alongside Rajinikanth, Aamir Khan and Upendra play pivotal roles in a film designed as a grand spectacle for the big screen.
