Actor Rashmika Mandanna has taken to Twitter to thank the makers of her popular film Bheeshma, which completed one year on Sunday. The star expressed her gratitude to director Venky Kudumula for giving her a 'special film' and added that she finds it hard to believe that 'time is flying too damn fast'.

Bheeshma was an action-comedy that revolved around the journey of a frustrated young man and his bond with his feisty 'friend'. It featured Nithiin in the titular role and marked his first collaboration with Rashmika. The cast included Anant Nag and Bengali star Jisshu Sengupta. The movie grossed nearly Rs 40 crore worldwide in the opening week, emerging as a hit.
Rashmika, meanwhile, is going through a good phase on the work front. The Geetha Govindam star is in the limelight because of her Kannada movie Pogaru, which opened to a thunderous response at the box office on Friday (February 19). It deals with the journey of a goon while highlighting his bad attitude. The film stars Dhruva Sarja in the lead and marks his first collaboration with the 'Karnataka Crush'.

The actor will soon be seen opposite actor Allu Arjun in the pan-India movie Pushpa, which reportedly features her in the role of a government official. It was originally offered to Mahesh Babu but things didn't go as planned as 'Prince' opted out of the project over 'creative differences'. Pushpa is slated to release in theatres on August 13.
Rashmika is set to make her Kollywood debut with the Karthi-starrer Sulthan. She will be trying her luck in Bollywood with Mission Majnu, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. There have also been talks of her doing a film with 'Megastar' Amitabh Bachchan.
Nithiin, on the other hand, will next be seen in the eagerly-awaited movie Check, co-starring Rakul Preet and Priya Varrier. He also has the Telugu remake of the critically-acclaimed Hindi film Andhadhun in his kitty
